Our free shipping option is available for domestic retail customers only. The order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping) must exceed $100 USD in order to qualify.
- Retail orders with a subtotal (before tax or shipping is applied) over $100 will qualify for free standard shipping within the lower 48 of the United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- The free shipping option will be automatically available at checkout for qualifying orders.
- Promotion applies to online retail orders placed directly through our website (trueames.com) only.
- Canceling items, and changing your shipping address or carrier preferences might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
- Offer may not be combined with other automatic or entered discounts.
- Offer is valid for calculated shipping rates which are equal to or less than $20.00.
- You will not receive free shipping on your order if you choose to cancel items resulting in your order subtotal being below $100.
- The qualifying order will ship via the most cost-effective ground mailing service which will be selected at True Ames' discretion.
