In Episode 2, Simon Kile of Waterman's Guild showcases his rolled mesh concept to make channel bottom board production more efficient, not just for himself but also for all of the labor that goes into the board after his shaping. Simon has shaped thousands of surfboards as a production shaper, and Waterman's Guild is widely known for its superb glass work.
